Intern - Graphic Design

We're looking for design interns who don't just want to make things look good but want to understand why something works, how it converts, and what makes someone stop scrolling.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll learn by doing. By building.

By making things that real customers will actually see.

• Design Meta & Google Ads, email creatives, landing pages, and brand assets
• Support the creative team in shaping visual concepts that sell and resonate
• Turn messy briefs into clean, thoughtful design output
• Sit in brainstorms where ideas change shape
• Work on decks that decide campaigns
• Experiment with motion, color, type, layout - with guidance when you need it
• Watch how design + performance come together to make brands grow

This is not a shadowing internship.

You'll be in the room, doing real work.

What You'll Need

• A background or genuine interest in design, visual communication, or multimedia
• Curiosity - the kind that makes you ask why did this work
• Comfort with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• A willingness to learn fast, make mistakes, and fix them faster
• An eye for detail and taste

100% Remote, Full-Time Internship

10,000 - 15,000/month

(60% of our interns end up converting full time employees after 2-3 months)

You'll ship more in 3 months than most interns do in a year.
