Governance & Cybersecurity Intern
Role Summary
We are seeking motivated Governance & Cybersecurity Interns to support our GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and cybersecurity initiatives.
Eligibility
- BTech in Cybersecurity / Information Security
- BCA / MCA with Cybersecurity specialization
- MTech Cybersecurity (Governance elective)
- MBA Cybersecurity with GRC elective
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity and governance frameworks
- Support risk assessments and vulnerability identification
- Help monitor compliance with organizational security policies
- Participate in audits, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct basic security analysis and incident tracking
- Assist in awareness programs and security training initiatives
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (network security, risk management)
- Familiarity with governance & compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc. - basic awareness enough)
- Knowledge of IT systems and security practices
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Criteria
- Certifications or coursework in cybersecurity/GRC
- Exposure to security tools or labs
- Strong interest in compliance and governance domains
