Not because factories lack machines. Because India's SME layer remains operationally dark - unverified, undocumented, and fragmented. There are no reliable capability profiles, no process documentation, and no single partner a global buyer can hold accountable.

The Work.

You will be handed a problem, not a task list. Solving it end to end - through research, cold reachouts, data analysis, process design, tool building, or whatever it takes - is entirely on you.

Broad areas you will operate across:

• Strategic onboarding: Design & execute outreach, map user journeys, and onboard domestic and international manufacturers onto Veridia.
• Process mapping: Audit factory operations, identify bottlenecks, and deploy practical operational fixes.
• Process architecture: Turn manual trade friction into SOPs, data structures, and automation logic.
• Live trade execution: Interpret engineering drawings, manage sampling, and track orders through delivery.
