About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy Intern/Extern to work closely with the Founder's Office at boAt Lifestyle. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy solving business problems through data, deriving insights from large datasets, and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The role will focus extensively on data analysis, business reporting, performance tracking, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives across multiple business functions. The candidate will work on high-impact projects involving data crunching, dashboarding, trend analysis, business reviews, and operational insights for leadership decision-making.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to how data drives strategic priorities and execution working directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic analytics and data-driven business initiatives
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business insights, risks, and growth opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic projects and business problem-solving initiatives
- Leverage AI tools for research, data summarization, workflow optimization, and business analysis
Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- High comfort level working with large datasets, business metrics, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms for analytics and automation
- Prior experience in consulting, analytics, business strategy, or startup environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to derive structured insights from unstructured information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment
- High ownership mindset and willingness to work on ambiguous business problems
