Intern - Enterprise Client Onboarding

JOB Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Enterprise Onboarding Intern who will support the onboarding and training of enterprise clients. The candidate will work closely with customers to help them understand the platform, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive product adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and ecommerce operations

Understand customer business workflows and onboarding requirements

Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new enterprise customers

Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices

Ensure smooth and timely onboarding experience for customers

Drive maximum feature adoption through practical learning and continuous support

Maintain daily/weekly onboarding and training status reports

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support

SKILLS:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional and customer-centric approach

Interest in ecommerce operations, SaaS products, and customer training

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Willingness to learn technical workflows and customer onboarding processes

EDUCATION:

B.Tech, BCA, or MBA.
