Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Experience Intern to support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR programs focused on creating a positive and meaningful employee journey.

Duration - 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
  • Help manage employee communication (emails, newsletters, announcements)
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and polls
  • Assist in implementing recognition and reward programs
  • Maintain employee engagement trackers and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for wellness, learning, and culture initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for HR and employee experience programs
  • Manage the Employee Wellness page and initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in employee engagement, culture, and workplace well-being
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
