About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Experience Intern to support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR programs focused on creating a positive and meaningful employee journey.
Duration - 6 months to 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
- Help manage employee communication (emails, newsletters, announcements)
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and polls
- Assist in implementing recognition and reward programs
- Maintain employee engagement trackers and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for wellness, learning, and culture initiatives
- Provide administrative support for HR and employee experience programs
- Manage the Employee Wellness page and initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in employee engagement, culture, and workplace well-being
- Basic knowledge of HR practices (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
