Job Description
As an Intern E-Learning Content Associate, you will work closely with instructional designers to transform learning content into engaging e-learning modules. You will also support content writing tasks for learning projects. This is a strong opportunity for candidates interested in learning design, digital content, and AI-assisted content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement instructional design content into e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Build visually engaging and interactive e-learning courses, quizzes, and assessments.
- Assist with writing and editing content for e-learning modules, blogs, and learning materials.
- Leverage AI tools for content structuring, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and assessment creation.
- Incorporate AI-driven elements such as voiceovers, avatars, and multimedia assets in courses.
- Work with the instructional design team to understand content requirements and design specifications.
- Review and test e-learning modules to ensure functionality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Media, Communications, Design, or similar).
- 0-1 year of experience in content development, writing, or e-learning (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt new software tools and technologies.
- Good understanding of technology and digital content creation processes.
- Proficiency in digital content tools such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Knowledge of e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong prompt writing and prompt engineering skills.
- Ability to blend human creativity with AI efficiency in content creation.
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI tools and workflows.
