Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Intern to support our Private Brands team in managing product catalogs across multiple online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. This role will provide hands-on exposure to marketplace operations, cataloging, and digital merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog Management Support
- Assist in creating and updating product listings across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, and quick commerce platforms
- Help prepare product catalogs including titles, descriptions, images, and basic attributes
- Support category mapping, variant creation (size/color), and catalog hygiene tasks
Data Accuracy & Quality Checks
- Perform regular checks to ensure catalog data is accurate and consistent
- Identify errors or missing information and coordinate with the team to resolve them
SEO & Content Optimization
- Support in creating basic SEO-friendly product titles and keywords
- Assist in competitor research and identifying trends within the category
Coordination & Execution Support
- Work with internal teams (brand, operations, tech) to support catalog uploads and updates
- Assist in tracking listing status and resolving basic platform-related issues
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of E-commerce or strong interest in the domain
- Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in beauty/personal care category is a plus
- Exposure to AI tools or automation is an added advantage
