Job Description: Intern – Customer Surveys

Department: Brand Partnerships / Research & Insights

Location: Work From Office – Smytten

Tenure: 4 Months

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our end-to-end customer survey process. The role involves interacting directly with customers, guiding them on survey participation on the Smytten app, and analysing the collected data to generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers and inform them about the ongoing survey.
  • Guide customers through the survey participation process on the Smytten application.
  • Ensure responses are recorded accurately and follow-up is done when required.
  • Maintain daily logs of interactions and survey completion status.
  • Analyse the collected survey data using basic analytical tools.
  • Prepare insights and summaries to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Insights team for smooth execution of the project.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.
  • Basic understanding of customer surveys or research is a plus.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet timelines.

Stipend

7000 to 8000 per month (negotiable based on the interview)
