Job Title: Intern - Customer Delight

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Delight Intern who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be the voice of the company for our customers ensuring their concerns are heard, resolved, and turned into positive interactions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, communication, and brand building

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via calls, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.

-Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

-Assist in developing FAQs, help guides, and support documentation.

-Proactively engage with customers to enhance their overall experience.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Empathy and a customer-first mindset

-Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
