About The Role
We're looking for a CRM-focused intern to drive user engagement through targeted campaigns and personalized journeys. The role involves hands-on execution across CRM channels and aligning campaigns with in-app experiences to improve retention and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Execution (Primary)
- Execute push, email, and WhatsApp campaigns end-to-end.
- Set up user segments, journeys, and triggers on CRM platforms.
- Track and optimize campaign performance (CTR, open rate, conversions).
- Manage CRM calendars and coordinate with design/content teams.
Tools & Analytics
- Work hands-on with tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, or CleverTap.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to derive insights.
In-App Alignment
- Ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with in-app banners, collections, and journeys.
- Support basic updates to in-app content based on campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Fresher/recent graduate with interest in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on exposure to MoEngage, WebEngage, or CleverTap preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions).
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused.
