Intern Content & Anchor

The Jr. Content & Anchor will create culturally relevant content in Marathi and English, appear on-camera for video segments, engage with the audience, and support content and project management for social media platforms. The role requires strong communication, storytelling, research, and basic project management skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Content Creation & Writing

• Research and write scripts, social media captions, and articles in Marathi and/or English.
• Translate ideas or briefs into culturally relevant content for Marathi audiences.

Anchoring & Presentation

• Appear on-camera for vox pops, interviews, and anchored video segments.
• Assist with script rehearsals, voiceovers, and live/recorded video shoots.

Research & Analysis

• Track trending news, social issues, cultural topics, and youth opinions in Maharashtra.
• Support preparation of briefs and background notes for upcoming content pieces.

Community Engagement

• Interact with followers, manage community inputs, and highlight user-generated content (UGC) trends.
• Participate in mood-based campaigns and challenges.

Project & Content Management

• Support the content team in coordinating shoots, managing timelines, and uploading content.
• Assist in creating structured plans for YouTube, Instagram, and UGC contributions.
