Job Description
Climate Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of above 60 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Intern to support employer and candidate engagement on our jobs platform. The role involves working closely with startup founders, hiring managers, and academic institutions to facilitate talent connections and support on-boarding activities. The associate will play a key role in building relationships with startups and universities while supporting outreach and lead generation efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesJobs Board & Platform Operations· Update and maintain candidate and employer profiles on the jobs board platform· Ensure accuracy and completeness of platform data· Organize and manage hiring-related databases and spreadsheets· Support job posting and profile verification processes· Coordinate with internal teams to maintain updated platform informationJobs Fair Coordination & Outreach· Support planning and coordination of Climate Jobs Fairs and hiring events· Assist in outreach to candidates, colleges, startups and employers· Coordinate registrations, participation and follow-ups for jobs fairs· Help schedule interviews, employer interactions and engagement sessions· Support communication through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and callsStakeholder Engagement· Assist in onboarding employers and candidates onto the platform· Engage with placement cells, universities, and ecosystem partners· Maintain outreach trackers and stakeholder databases· Support employer and candidate relationship management activitiesResearch & Reporting· Research climate startups, hiring trends and ecosystem organizations· Prepare reports, outreach summaries, and engagement trackers· Support data collection and analysis related to hiring activities and jobs fairsQualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, recruitment coordination, or ecosystem engagement.
· Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms will be an advantage.

· Good organizational and follow-up skills.
· Ability to manage multiple outreach conversations and leads simultaneously
Location
Remote. The role is entirely remote, and candidates from any location in India are encouraged to apply.
