This is a full-time, on-site Intern-Client Servicing role based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern will assist in coordinating with clients to understand their needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the delivery of exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing client communications, liaising with teams to meet project timelines, ensuring seamless service delivery, and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly.

• Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to maintain effective client relationships and deliver outstanding experiences.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist with budgeting and project management.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and familiarity with related platforms is an added advantage.
