About the role
This isn't a passive, observation-only internship. You'll be embedded at the center of business and operations, acting as a key analytical support to the CEO. You'll gather, structure, and surface information that directly shapes how the company moves — and you'll be expected to take ownership of making things happen, not just report on them.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the CEO to track strategic priorities, business metrics, and operational initiatives
- Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources — internal tools, spreadsheets, surveys, and operational feeds
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership a real-time pulse on key metrics
- Prepare crisp, well-structured briefs, summaries, and decks for CEO-level reviews and meetings
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data and present findings with clear, actionable recommendations
- Support operations by tracking workflows, flagging bottlenecks, and driving process improvements
- Coordinate across teams on behalf of the CEO's office — follow up on deliverables and keep initiatives on track
- Own small projects end-to-end — from scoping and data collection to analysis and presenting results
Must-haves
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic modelling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can distill complexity into clarity
- Comfort in the room with senior leaders — you're confident, not intimidated
- High ownership mindset — you follow through without being chased
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
