About the Internship
As a Business Development Intern at Ecomet360 Media Production House, you will play a crucial
role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and helping expand our client
portfolio in branding, Content Creation, Brand Videos, Brand Campaign Shoot, AI-powered content,
and digital strategy services.
This is a performance-driven internship designed to help you build real-world experience in B2B
business development and strategic sales.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research new leads across industries such as D2C, lifestyle, and eCommerce.
Build and maintain a detailed database of potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and
industry directories.
Qualify prospects based on business potential, relevance, and decision-maker availability.
2. Outreach & Communication
Draft personalized outreach messages and email sequences for client acquisition.
Initiate conversations with prospective clients and schedule introductory calls.
Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
3. Client Pitches & Proposals
Support in creating tailored pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Collaborate with design and strategy teams to understand and present Ecomet360's offerings
effectively.
Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) along with the senior BD team when required.
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain lead records, communication logs, and proposal statuses in the CRM or Google
Sheets.
Share weekly reports of leads contacted, responses received, and potential conversions.
Track sales funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Revenue & Performance Target
Contribute to achieving monthly business targets through lead conversion and client
onboarding.
Minimum target for incentive eligibility: 1.5 Lakh per month (or 4.5 Lakh cumulative within
3 months).
Assist in closing deals through consistent engagement and negotiation support.
Performance Evaluation Metrics
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
Quality and volume of leads generated.
Conversion ratio from lead to client.
Revenue contribution.
Communication effectiveness and consistency.
Reporting discipline and professional conduct.
Compensation & Incentive Structure
Monthly Stipend: 10,000 (paid at the end of each completed month).
Performance Incentive:
o If you achieve a minimum of 1.5 Lakh/month in new business or 4.5 Lakh within 3
months, you will be eligible for additional performance incentives based on overall
revenue contribution.
Completion Certificate: Awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
Duration & Notice Period
The internship duration is 3 months from the date of joining.
If you wish to discontinue the internship before completion, a minimum 1-month notice is
mandatory.
Failure to serve the notice period may lead to non-issuance of the completion certificate and
stipend for that month.
Full-Time Opportunity
Based on your performance, communication, and revenue contribution, Ecomet360 may offer a
full-time Business Development Executive position after successful completion of the internship,
with revised compensation and growth-based incentives.
Work Timings & Environment
Monday to Alternate Saturday (Timing: 10AM-7PM from Office).
Reporting through daily or weekly progress updates on assigned CRM/Sheet.
Regular team discussions and performance reviews.
