Job Description

What You Will Do

We are seeking an intern with a business analytics with an engineering background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and will be able to handle various departmental administrative activities, ensuring efficient operations and strategic decision-making

How You Will Do It

  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with In-country engineering teams to understand technical processes and requirements
  • Design & implementation of impactful BI dashboards using PowerBI to analyse engineering KPIs to provide critical insights that support strategic decision making while also ensuring data accuracy and reliability
  • Interpret business requirements and convert them into insightful visualizations and reports
  • Manage and streamline departmental administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Assist in the development of business strategies based on analytical findings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and execution

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data visualizations and reports
  • Strong communication skills to articulate data insights and analysis to both technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
