Role & Key Responsibilities
Work with senior mentors to solve strategic, operational, and analytics-driven problems.
Conduct research, gather and analyse data, benchmark peers, and identify insights.
Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements and hypotheses.
Create high-quality deliverables - presentations, models, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
Required Qualifications
MBA from one of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) - mandatory.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data and modelling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven problem-solving ability and structured thinking.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; openness to learning new tools.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desired (Not Mandatory)
Prior consulting, strategy, or analytics internship.
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python/R.
Interest in life sciences, healthcare, or analytics.
