Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Brand Solutions & Client Servicing Intern who will assist the sales and branded content team in managing client requirements, campaign coordination, influencer integrations, and execution of digital campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates interested in media sales, digital marketing, branded content, influencer marketing, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Solutions team in managing client campaigns from onboarding to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Editorial, Social Media, Video Production, Design, and Influencer Marketing for smooth campaign delivery.
- Support in preparing pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
- Help in ideation and brainstorming for branded content campaigns and digital activations.
- Maintain trackers for ongoing campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in influencer coordination, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for brand campaigns and digital trends.
- Support the team in achieving campaign execution targets and maintaining client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or client servicing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of branded content and social media analytics.
- Passion for entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, and digital content.
