Responsibilities:-

Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
Support the customer service team in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely information about banking products and services.
Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using CRM tools and internal databases.
