Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Sales Team in pre-sales discussions by assisting in explaining product features and understanding client requirements
Work with senior team members to understand client needs and help document business and technical requirements
Assist partners in understanding integration options and support basic architecture discussions
Support the integration of APIs/SDKs into partner systems under guidance from senior team members
Help in preparing implementation plans before project execution
Coordinate with internal teams like Product, Tech, and Project Management for smooth implementation
Assist in resolving basic queries and challenges during project execution
Document client feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvement
Participate in meetings, take notes, and ensure proper follow-ups
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
Strong interest in Banking, Fintech, or SaaS domain
Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and software development concepts
Familiarity with databases (SQL, BigQuery, etc.) is a plus
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
Internship or project experience in fintech, banking, or tech domain
Basic knowledge of payments systems or financial services
Exposure to tools like Postman, Excel, or any data tools
