Overview

The STT GDC Southeast Asia Asset Management & Investments team plays a crucial role in formulating and executing investment and asset management strategies and plans for the data centre portfolio to optimise value and realise the highest potential for our assets. The team collaborates across internal functions and external industry stakeholders to maintain rigorous portfolio oversight of the investment performance, risk exposure and regulatory compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an Asset Management & Investment intern, your role will include supporting the asset management reporting and contributing to the key projects and asset management initiatives that the team is working on:

• Market research on regional data centre developments and market pricings.
• Portfolio metrics reporting and benchmarking studies.
• Support in the development of assessment frameworks and tools to analyse the internal and external business and operating environment for each SEA country.
• Produce finalised report detailing findings using Office 365 tools.
• Research and analysis on regulatory developments in the digital economy.
• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Competent in undertaking research and analysis with critical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• A team player with strong collaboration mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
