About the Role

We are seeking a driven Intern Architect to support the design development and pitching of bespoke workplace solutions. Reporting to a senior architect, you will design and facilitate the execution of custom layouts through cross-functional collaboration with engineers, client solutions, and project management teams. This role offers significant responsibility for a candidate eager to innovate within the workspace sector and deliver high-impact design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement: Candidates must submit a portfolio or relevant materials demonstrating technical proficiency and design skills for consideration.

Internship Tenure: 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive design pitches for customized layouts across various scales to support the client solutions team.
  • Coordinate functional requirements, space programming, and code analysis under professional supervision.
  • Integrate WeWork India design standards, strategic goals, and brand identity into all project deliverables.
  • Generate design and handoff packages utilizing Revit, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications.
  • Maintain high documentation standards

Education and Desired Qualifications

  • Degree or ongoing enrollment in a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program from a recognized institution.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding high-quality design
  • Analytical mindset with a capacity for creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving.
  • Strong interest in iterative, rule-based design methodologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of professional reliability.
  • Proactive approach to learning building codes, accessibility standards, and zoning regulations.
  • Superior verbal, written, and graphic communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated professional with strong initiative, resourcefulness, and openness to constructive feedback.
  • Tiime management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the following programs: Revit and BIM 360, Google Workspace tools
