Hyperloop Consultancy Group is a multidisciplinary architectural, PMC, and redevelopment consultancy delivering end-to-end solutions across residential, commercial, mixed-use, SRA, and large-scale redevelopment projects. Our practice integrates architecture, engineering, statutory approvals, and project management under one roof.

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Architect for immediate joining to support our design and project execution teams. The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects, statutory processes, and real-world architectural workflows.

• Assist in preparing concept designs, schematic layouts, and presentation drawings
• Work on plans, sections, elevations, and area statements
• Support design development and detailing under senior guidance

• Prepare CAD and BIM drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Develop 3D models and basic renderings
• Assist in drawing coordination and revisions

• Assist in research related to UDCPR / DCPR / local authority norms
• Support compliance drawings and submission documentation
• Assist in preparing presentation decks and reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (structural, MEP, PMC)
• Assist in maintaining drawing logs, document control, and QA/QC
• Support client meetings and authority-related documentation (as required)

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch / M.Arch
• Available for immediate joining
• Strong interest in real estate, redevelopment, and large-scale projects
• Willingness to work across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai as per project needs

• AutoCAD
• Revit (basic to intermediate)
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and documentation

• Knowledge of UDCPR / DCPR regulations
• Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape
• Basic site coordination understanding

8,000 – 10,000 per month (Based on skill level, performance, and attendance)

• Exposure to live redevelopment & high-rise projects
• Understanding of CC, OC, statutory approvals, and authority processes
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
• Strong foundation for professional architectural practice

3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
