Now we're building the creative engine behind that pipeline.
We're hiring an
AI Creator Intern to join our video team and create campaign assets that go live on real ad spends. This is not a make Canva posts internship. This is for someone who wants to use AI to create videos, test hooks, move fast, and learn what actually works in paid campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Create AI-first video ads end-to-end
Build short-form video creatives using AI tools across scripting, voiceovers, avatars, B-roll, motion graphics, editing, and final export.
- Ship real campaign creatives
Your work will go live across high-ticket campaign lines — real estate, wealth, fintech, edtech, and other B2C categories.
Create multiple variants for each campaign — different hooks, visuals, formats, CTAs, and storylines — and learn from what wins.
- Move fast without dropping quality
We care about output, speed, and taste. You should be able to produce consistently, iterate quickly, and still make the work look sharp.
- Work with the video + growth team
You'll work closely with campaign, creative, and growth teams to understand what sells, what gets attention, and what drives qualified leads.
Who You Are
You are a final-year student or recent graduate who is already deep into AI creation.
You probably use tools like
ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut, and other AI/video tools without needing someone to teach you from scratch.
Basic editing is non-negotiable. You should know how to cut to a beat, time a hook, sync audio, use B-roll well, and export clean videos.
Bonus points if you know
Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, or advanced CapCut workflows.
Most importantly, you have taste.
You know when a video feels boring.
You know when a hook is weak.
You know when something would make people stop scrolling.
