Unconventional JD

TO APPLY FOR THE ROLE, MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE END.
About the role
This is not a typical content creator role.
We're building a new kind of creative team, one that uses AI to produce content that looks exceptional and drives real revenue for brands.
Over the last few months, we've developed a system for creating AI-powered ads that don't feel like AI. No generic visuals. No low-effort AI slop. Just high-quality creative built to perform.
Demand has grown faster than we expected, and we now have a growing waitlist of brands that want to work with us.
That's where you come in.
You don't need prior AI experience. We can teach you the tools and workflows.
What we're looking for is harder to teach: strong creative taste, obsessive attention to detail, and the ability to tell when something looks great and when it doesn't.
What you'll do
You'll learn to turn creative briefs into high-quality AI-generated video ads that run on Meta and drive real purchases.
This is content creation but without ring lights or filming your morning routine. The work requires strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn AI tools well.
Why this role matters
Content production is rapidly being rebuilt around AI.
Taste, storytelling, and understanding what audiences respond to still matter. But creators can now produce professional content faster and at a much larger scale.
Build this skill now, and you could become one of the few people in India who can create high-performing marketing content with AI.
You'll learn through real brand work, constant experimentation, and hands-on feedback from day one.
