Job Description
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Assist in the timely closing of accounts and preparation of consolidation schedules
- Assist to prepare financial schedules, statutory accounts and ensuring quality of accounts
- Prepare month-end journals in accordance with established processes, work procedures and local legal and statutory requirements
- Perform reconciliation of monthly audit schedules, inter-company and bank transactions
- Assist in preparing reports for operational performance /control compliance review. Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the closing process of accounts and how it contributes to group reporting
- Understand the preparation of reporting packages/financial statements
- Understande analysis used by finance to monitor performance/control compliance
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
- Displays positive attitude, a team player and is meticulous
- Possess good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including analytical tools such as Power BI
