Intermediate Tester (QA Engineer)

Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the reliability of our applications.

Test REST APIs for performance, accuracy, and security.

Identify, document, and track bugs using a structured bug-reporting process.

Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and load testing.

Work closely with developers to understand feature requirements and test scenarios.

Ensure our platform can handle 50K+ concurrent users without performance issues.

Test e-commerce workflows like order placement, payment processing, and user authentication.

Validate JSON responses in API testing and ensure data consistency.

Conduct UI/UX testing to enhance user experience across mobile and web apps.

Perform database testing to validate data integrity in MySQL/PL SQL.

Implement and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.

Work on cloud-based testing environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Ensure smooth integration with ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) protocols (if applicable).

Manual & Automated Testing: Ability to perform both with structured testing methodologies.

API Testing: Familiarity with tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar.

Bug Tracking & Documentation: Experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar bug-tracking tools.

Database Testing: MySQL/PL SQL query testing.

JSON Handling & API Validation: Understanding API responses and troubleshooting errors.

Cloud Testing: Basic knowledge of testing in AWS, GCP, or similar environments.

Load & Performance Testing: Experience with tools like JMeter, Locust, or similar is a plus.

Automation (Preferred but not Mandatory): Knowledge of Selenium, PyTest, or Cypress is an advantage.

Understanding of E-commerce Testing Scenarios: Order flow, payments, inventory management, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work immediately and adapt quickly to project needs.

Detail-oriented with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with developers.
