Lead backend optimization, data integration, security implementation, and mentor teams while delivering complex enterprise applications with production support ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend system optimization for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Spearhead multi-source data integration APIs, services, databases
- Design enterprise-grade backend architectures with security best practices
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for cross-functional teams
- Elevate code through dev/test/prod environments with change control
- Mentor junior staff, conduct code/design reviews, and resolve escalated issues
- Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless API contracts
