Intermediate Application Developer - Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.

Lead the development and delivery of Salesforce projects including customizations, configurations, and data migrations.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, middleware platforms, or custom APIs.

Optimize performance and ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all development work.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in micro frontend and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application design, especially on Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
