About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution, vendor coordination, and quality control for premium residential and commercial interior projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience supervising residential(mandatory), commercial(optional) interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site labor teams, including carpenters and vendors, ensuring efficient work execution.
- Oversee complete interior execution, including:
- Modular installation and Manual wood work
- Electrical and HVAC layout implementation
- False ceiling work
- Putty and painting
- Stone and tile work
- Artwork installation
- Plumbing coordination
- Deep Cleaning and any other site coordination's.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, site plans and 3D designs accurately.
- Coordinate materials, manage site schedules, and report daily progress.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure site safety standards are followed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, project managers and subcontractors for smooth coordination.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and inventory checks.
- Maintain daily site attendance, progress tracking and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge MS Office suite and basic project management tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for regular site travel.
