Interiors - Site Managers

We are seeking a full-time Interiors - Site Manager for an on-site position located in Devanahalli. The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate interior design and construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams and operations on-site, supervising work progress, maintaining adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

• Project management and coordination experience in interior design or construction
• Proficiency in site supervision, quality control, and compliance with safety standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team and stakeholder management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical documents
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for managing on-site challenges
• Prior experience in supervising projects across sectors like corporate offices or hospitality spaces is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in construction management tools and software is advantageous
