Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company specializing in high-quality corporate office interiors, fit-outs, and turnkey workspace solutions. We are looking for an experienced Cost & Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, budgets, and commercial proposals while supporting cost-effective and profitable project execution.

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for corporate interior projects.

• Review and analyze architectural, interior, MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Obtain, evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations.

• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labour, civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, project, and site teams to ensure accurate project costing.

• Prepare commercial proposals, budgets, and tender submissions.

• Monitor estimated vs. actual project costs and identify cost variances.

• Support value engineering, cost optimization, and margin improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.

• Proven experience in corporate interior fit-out estimation and costing.

• Good knowledge of civil, MEP, joinery, furniture, and finishing works.

• Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and margin analysis.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.

• Ability to interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings accurately.

• Advanced MS Excel

• AutoCAD

• Cost estimation / quantity surveying software – preferred

• MS Office

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying.

• Experience in corporate interior fit-out / interior contracting projects is strongly preferred.
