Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor based in Jaipur. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing on-ground project execution, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to project deadlines, managing project resources, and resolving on-site challenges effectively. The role also involves regular reporting and coordination with the design and management teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, site supervision, and construction techniques
- Strong knowledge of interior design, space planning, and sustainable design principles
- Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and workforce effectively
- Problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Familiarity with architecture, cost management, and interior fit-out processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project software, or any other relevant tools is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
