Position:

Interior Site Supervisor

Experience:

2–5 years in interior fit-out / residential / commercial projects

Job Location:

Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage day-to-day interior execution at project sites.

· Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.

· Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.

· Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.

· Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.

· Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization at site.

· Track daily site progress and maintain work schedules.

· Identify and resolve site-level execution issues promptly.

· Ensure proper measurements and quantity verification for completed works.

· Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and cleanliness.

· Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project team.

· Coordinate with contractors and workers to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.

· Good knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.

· Ability to read and understand working drawings and BOQs.

· Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior construction techniques.

· Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

· AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.

· Experience in residential luxury interiors is preferred.

· Strong understanding of measurements, estimation, and site coordination.

· Ability to manage multiple contractors and activities simultaneously.
