Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Site Supervisor. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage interior design project execution, including monitoring operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines. Responsibilities will include supervising on-site teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing materials, and maintaining quality standards for project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Site supervision, project coordination, and ability to manage contractors and labor teams
• Knowledge of interior design practices, including material selection and quality control
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance regulations in construction and design
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities to interact with clients, team members, and vendors
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and blueprints
• Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in interior project management or site supervision is advantageous
