INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Package: 2.0 LPA – 5.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities.
2. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.
3. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
4. Monitor the quality and progress of interior works at the site.
5. Coordinate with the project team and report daily site progress.
6. Check measurements and material requirements at the site.
7. Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
8. Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager/Architect.
9. Ensure that work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
10. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site records.
11. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
12. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
13. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out-site supervision.
3. Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
4. Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
5. Knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.
6. Good coordination and communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
8. Ability to manage contractors and site workers effectively.
9. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
10. Salary Package: 2.0 LPA – 5.0 LPA, based on experience and skills
