Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves coordinating project execution, liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors, managing the project timeline, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Interior Site Supervisor will also handle site inspections, monitor progress, and troubleshoot project issues as they arise to ensure successful project delivery.

• Project management skills, including site supervision and construction management
• Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address on-site challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to project deadlines
• Proficiency in interior design software or tools is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
