Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Interior Site Supervisor to be our eyes and ears on the ground. You will own end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects — ensuring our design intent is translated faithfully, timelines are met, and quality never slips. Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Coordination

–   Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works including carpentry, false ceilings, flooring, wall treatments, electrical, plumbing, and finish work.

–   Read and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and material schedules; ensure on-site work matches approved design intent.

–   Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors — manage attendance, productivity, and daily progress.

–   Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work-in-progress documentation, and photographic records.

Quality Control

–   Inspect all completed work against drawings, specifications, and finish standards before sign-off.

–   Identify defects, deviations, or workmanship issues early and drive timely rectifications.

–   Ensure material quality at the point of delivery — verify specifications match approved samples.

–   Maintain zero-snag philosophy: proactive punch-listing throughout execution, not just at handover.

Timeline & Budget Oversight

–   Track milestones against the project schedule; flag delays immediately and propose recovery plans.

–   Monitor material consumption and wastage; report discrepancies to the Project Manager.

–   Raise and track material indent requests to ensure no stoppages due to supply gaps.

Client & Stakeholder Interface

–   Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during execution — address queries professionally and escalate as required.

–   Coordinate access, approvals, and society/building permissions with facility managers and RWAs.

–   Attend site review meetings with the design team and clients; present progress clearly.

Safety & Compliance

–   Enforce safety protocols on site — PPE compliance, housekeeping, material stacking, and worker welfare.

–   Ensure all work is executed in compliance with building regulations and client society norms.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

–   Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

–   2 to 7 years of direct site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects.

–   Prior experience handling high-end residential or commercial interior projects preferred.

Skills & Competencies

–   Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAD plans, and BOQs.

–   Hands-on knowledge of interior finishes — laminates, veneer, stone, tiles, paint, wallpapers, upholstery.

–   Familiarity with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordination in an interior context.

–   Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp-based site reporting, and basic project tracking tools.

–   Strong communication skills in Kannada and Hindi; working knowledge of English.

–   High ownership mindset, sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
