Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Interior Sales professional. The role involves promoting and selling interior design solutions, building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales management team. Day-to-day tasks will include nurturing client relationships, assessing client needs, and coordinating with design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Additionally, the role includes training team members and contributing to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure a seamless experience
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and meet company goals
• Experience in Training to mentor and support team members
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and an understanding of interior design trends
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role, particularly in the interior design industry, is a plus
