Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Interior Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves fostering client relationships, generating and following up on leads, presenting interior design solutions, and managing sales processes to successfully close deals. You will collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to drive business growth. Effectively communicating with clients and vendors will also be integral to daily routines.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Conversion
  • Proficiency in Communication Skills, Client Negotiation, and Presentation
  • Basic Knowledge of Interior Design principles and trends (experience in the industry is an added advantage)
  • Team Collaboration and multitasking capabilities to coordinate with design and project management teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and reporting systems
  • Proactive and driven with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in a client-facing sales role or similar position
