About the role

We are a fast-growing home interior brand transforming how homeowners design their living spaces. We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Associates who will be the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will engage with warm leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions. We are hiring consultative sales professionals and deal-closers who can engage discerning homeowners, build trust, and convert high-value interior projects.

This role is ideal for candidates who have succeeded in premium B2C sales environments and are looking to transition into a high-growth, design-led industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Convert qualified inbound leads into confirmed interior projects
• Conduct detailed client consultations at office/on Call/on site
• Collaborate with designers to present layouts, 3D concepts, and estimates
• Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closure
• Visit client sites across Pune for measurements and relationship-building
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first meeting to advance collection

What you'll need

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years in:

Interior Design / Turnkey Solution (End-To-End Delivery) / Modular Kitchen / Home Décor Sales

OR

High-ticket B2C sales (Luxury Automotive, Real Estate, Premium Retail, Consumer Durables)

• Excellent verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi(English = Big Pus)
• Proven track record in closing high-value deals
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust with premium clientele
• High ownership mindset and result-driven attitude
• Professional communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements

• Own vehicle for local mobility
• Comfortable with field visits across Pune
