Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Interior Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, consultations, site visits, proposals, and sales for modular interior projects in Bangalore.
The candidate should have strong experience in interior sales, modular interiors, or furniture sales and be capable of converting leads into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Explain modular interior solutions and product offerings.
- Coordinate with the design team for designs, BOQs, and quotations.
- Present proposals and quotations to clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and close projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Project Execution teams until project handover.
- Build strong relationships with clients and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and modular solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior sales, modular interiors, furniture sales, or a related field.
- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, bedrooms, and complete home interiors.
- Proven ability to convert leads and close sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Experience in the Bangalore interior market will be an advantage.
