Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Sales Associate – Residential Home Interiors (1.5+ yrs). The Interior Sales Associate will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their residential interior needs, and present suitable design and turnkey solutions. The role includes conducting sales presentations, explaining design concepts and material options, preparing basic quotations with the design team, and following up with leads to convert them into confirmed projects. The individual will coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly captured and communicated. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting new business development initiatives, providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle, and representing Interiosplash at client meetings and project sites as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong consultative Sales skills with experience in residential home interiors or Residential Real Estate.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging Sales Presentations tailored to client requirements and budgets.
  • Experience in New Business Development, including lead follow-up, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and after-sales support.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in interior sales, home interiors, or related real estate/design sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain design and technical details in simple terms.
  • Comfort using basic CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and willingness to work from the showroom/site during standard business hours, including weekends as required.
