Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to convert leads into successful interior projects while ensuring excellent client experience. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, sales coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.
Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage client data through CRM/ERP systems.
Achieve sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, client relationship management, or interior industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects.
Experience in home interiors or related field is an added advantage.
