We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead and coordinate various interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee interior design projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in interior project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
