We are seeking a proactive Interior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior projects. You will be responsible for defining project scope, assembling and managing teams, and coordinating all resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage project issues and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules.
- Assemble and manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities while monitoring progress.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the success of all projects.
- Manage project budgets and finances, ensuring all project costs are controlled and recorded accurately.
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and senior management.
- Proactively manage and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and suppliers.

QUALIFICATION:
