Interior Project Manager- Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage and oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion within budgets.

Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, and site teams.

Monitor work progress, material requirements, and site quality.

Handle client coordination, site meetings, and regular project updates.

Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution challenges.

Manage final inspections and ensure smooth project handover.

Prepare and submit regular project progress reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in residential interior project execution and management.

Good knowledge of drawings, materials, finishes, and fittings.

Strong team, contractor, and vendor management skills.

Excellent client coordination and communication abilities.

Strong project planning, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
