Interior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator to support our interior design and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in managing interior projects, excellent coordination skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities between design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), purchase orders, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain detailed Excel sheets for:
• Budget tracking
• Material procurement
• Vendor payments
• Task scheduling
• Attend site visits to monitor execution and report status updates.
• Communicate with clients for updates, approvals, and coordination.
• Ensure documentation, drawings, and plans are correctly updated and filed.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site readiness, and contractor schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Knowledge of interior design materials, vendors, and on-site execution workflows.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.

• Experience working on commercial or residential interior projects.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD or design software (optional but a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
