Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves coordinating end-to-end interior sourcing and project execution activities, including understanding client requirements, preparing and managing product selection lists, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery. The coordinator will liaise with designers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily tasks include maintaining project documentation, updating schedules, following up on orders, resolving issues related to materials and specifications, and supporting site teams with accurate information. The role also includes preparing presentations, assisting with client communication, and contributing to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination and management skills, including planning, scheduling, follow-up, and multitasking across multiple interior projects.
  • Excellent Communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of interior design, materials, finishes, and product specifications; familiarity with hospitality, residential, or commercial projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking or collaboration software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and resolve on-ground or sourcing-related issues.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in interior project coordination, sourcing, procurement, or a similar role within the design or construction industry is a plus.
